Prefab house AX-127 with a gross construction area of 140.65 m2 (net area 126.84 m2) is functionally conceived as a four-room apartment with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a pantry, a kitchen and a living room with a dining room. This area also includes two terraces. This one-story house is formally divided into two parts. The difference in height and the slope contributed to the dynamic appearance of the roof. A physically separate kitchen has a separate pantry for food storage. Balcony doors connect the covered terrace, which is tucked into the open space of the living room. As a whole, it provides a pleasant environment for family living.
